Hurricane Hits Camp Caribe in Puerto Rico

On September 18, Hurricane Fiona hit the southern side of Puerto Rico near Camp Caribe. The camp was flooded with water destroying furniture, appliances and many other items. While damage to the structures are covered by insurance, personal property and appliances are not. Unfortunately, José Juan, the camp’s director, was especially hard-hit by the hurricane and flood waters losing nearly everything. GMI’s goal is to raise $12,000 for Camp Caribe to replace that which was lost during the storm.  To give towards the relief effort, click HERE.
