Farming God’s Way has been a project in Africa facilitated by various GMI team members to not only teach farming methods designed to provide greater yields but also to reach farmers with the gospel of Jesus Christ. In rural Malawi, Jack and Jane share about their recent Farming God’s Way training which 54 participants including 15 chiefs completed. There were some who dropped out of the program the first day when they shared the gospel, but others, who had been opposing Jack and Jane’s ministry, stayed through the end of the training. Jack and Jane ask us to, “pray that the Holy Spirit will continue working in their hearts and bring them to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Pray for successful follow ups from our team, wisdom and courage in sharing our faith with our Muslim friends. Pray for transformation in the community through the skills learnt.”
