Remembering Cliff Tulsie

Having suffered a massive stroke on Friday, November 18, Cliff passed into the presence of the Lord Sunday evening, November 20. This is such a devastating blow to his wife, Kerri, and their five adult children who are so grateful for your prayers. Cliff and Kerri served the Lord well together and raised wonderful children who also love the Lord and each other. I first met Cliff and Kerri over eight years ago traveling to Omaha, Nebraska to talk to them about their desire to serve on the GMI team in Africa. The next week Kerri was diagnosed with cancer and those plans changed. Nevertheless, Cliff and I became friends and he joined the GMI board in 2016 lending his counseling experience and expertise to our organization. Though he and Kerri were never able to serve cross-culturally, he took many trips to our fields investing in our team members and local believers all over the world. In January, he took a part-time position with GMI to coordinate our team care efforts. During his years investing in GMI, especially this last year, he has blessed us with his wisdom and insight, equipping us to better care for our team serving internationally.Your GMI family is going to miss you, Cliff!
