Looking Ahead to Aruba

Surveying potential new countries is a vital part of GMI’s pursuit of Vision 2033 which would have us open eight new by 2033.  Recently, GMI team members Carlos and Denise Brunk led a trip to Aruba where they followed up with established contacts and made new ones through their outreach events primarily focused on the town of San Nicolas.  On this trip, they made five new contacts!  Carlos and Denise traveled to Aruba with Pastor Michael Look and his wife Sandra from the GMI-affiliated Bible Church in Curacao.  The new people they met wanted to learn more about a potential church plant in Aruba.  They also had the opportunity to meet with old friends from previous trips.  Carlos and Denise will follow up through online Bible studies even as they plan their next trip with the ultimate goal of planting a GMI-affiliated church on the island.
