Reaching the unreached with the gospel of Jesus Christ is part of GMI’s ten-year strategic plan, Vision 2033. The goal is to train 60 cross-cultural workers to establish ministries within 20 unreached people groups by 2033. An unreached people group is one where 2% or less of the population is Christian. In early October, around 20 families working in three countries among 10 unreached people groups gathered on an island off the coast of East Africa for a time of encouragement, equipping and refreshment.
