Cameroon Relief Project

Cameroon Relief Project

Grace Ministries International (GMI) featured a project in the 2019-2020 Christmas Projects catalog for refugee kits for displaced Cameroonians. Because of the funds that came in for Cameroon Relief the Grace Church in Kumba was able to be the hands and feet of Christ and communicate His love by giving these kits to needy people in the community. The people at Grace Church really wanted this project to be a strong testimony of our loving Father and it worked well!

Thirty members each invited two people to a Sunday service. The church was too small to hold everyone who attended so the members sat outside of the main area of the church. The service was lively and afterward refreshments were served and the 60 visitors received their relief package which consisted of:

27 pounds of Rice

1 liter of Cooking Oil

2 bars of laundry soap

1 packet of seasoning cubes

The guests were truly overwhelmed with love and expressed deep gratitude to all those who had so generously supported them. It was also a nourishing time for Grace Church members as they rejoiced about being a part of this outreach to those in need.

Enjoy the pictures and video from that event which was life-changing for some who attended.
