In 1995 he enrolled in Indiana University School of Law and graduated with his doctorate of jurisprudence in 1998. After graduating from law school he returned to Huntington where he worked six years in the Law Office of Garwood and Clark. During that same time he worked 3-1/2 years as a part-time deputy prosecuting attorney for the Huntington County Prosecutor’s Office. While practicing law he also worked five years as the part-time youth pastor of Union Church. Jeremy and his wife, Andrea, married April 22, 2000. Three years into their marriage, shortly after the birth of their daughter, Berea, they decided to become missionaries.
In December 2004 they moved to Costa Rica to serve as missionaries with Grace Ministries International. It was in Costa Rica that Jeremy and Andrea’s two other children, Jason and Lydia, were born. During their ministry in Costa Rica, Jeremy directed and taught at Grace Bible Institute. He also led teams from Costa Rica to minister and serve in Nicaragua with the goal of beginning a new Grace ministry there. Jeremy can be reached through his email at GMI
Cliff Tulsie has been the Team Care Coordinator of Grace Ministries International since January 1, 2022. Upon graduating from high school in Streamwood, Illinois in 1984 he attended Grace Bible College (now Grace Christian University) in Wyoming, Michigan where he received a Bachelor of Theology degree in May of 1989. In April of 1989, Cliff was licensed with the Grace Gospel Fellowship for pastoral ministry. Cliff and his wife, Kerri, married July 28, 1989. They enjoy five children and five grandchildren.
In 1997, Cliff attended Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska and received his Master of Arts Degree in Counseling. He became licensed with the state of Nebraska in 2006 and is currently a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner.
Since 1989, Cliff has been a pastor for 31 years, a prison chaplain for five years, an adjunct professor at Grace University for twelve years and has hosted a weekly radio program on Christian radio in Omaha for eleven years.
Along with serving as Team Care Coordinator, Cliff is also counseling in a private practice.
