After decades of serving the Lord in Costa Rica, Chuck and Joy Befus are transitioning to a new ministry! We are so thankful for all of the years Chuck and Joy served with GMI. They were a part of growing and establishing two churches and starting a Bible school which is still operating 19 years later. They also played a significant role in opening two new fields (Nicaragua and Panama). They mentored many who are serving the Lord today in local churches and on the mission field. They left Costa Rica at the end of March and are now serving the Lord at Preakness Bible Church in Wayne, New Jersey. You can find their final prayer letter celebrating this transition HERE.
