Last month, GMI team members Kevin and Beatriz Craesmeyer, along with their four children, arrived in Mérida, Mexico, to begin serving alongside their GMI co-workers, Luis and Marcia Coto. At the beginning of July, GMI team member Marta Cordero arrived in the U.S. along with GMI’s newest team members—Juan and Lucrecia Chaves. Marta and the Chaves family are all originally from Costa Rica. Marta has been serving in Nicaragua until she can raise the necessary support to serve alongside the Cotos and Craesmeyers in Mexico in this church-planting ministry. Juan and Lucrecia are currently raising monthly support and will serve in Paraguay for a time before joining and forming a team to open a new field in South America.
