Social and economic challenges among women in Islamic communities create a great platform for sharing the gospel. GMI missionary Jane, serving in Malawi, will train 26 Women Muslim Background Believers (MBB) from 13 already existing church plants in Yao land. She will evangelize Muslim women in the community through the opportunity of dealing with social and economic challenges such as childlessness, polygamy, finances, and the role and value of women in marriage. There will be a total of three trainings per year. After the first training, each participant (an MBB woman) will reach 10-15 Muslim women and meet for weekly Bible study sessions that will include discussions on social and economic issues from previous meetings to help the group relate and find solutions through Scripture.
**PLEASE NOTE: Our projects are updated at the end of every week so check back if your donation is not included in the total here.
