Grace Ministries International is looking for a new team member to work in the Home Office to help us fulfill our mission of sharing God’s grace with the world as we send missionaries around the globe to reach the lost and equip local believers for life and ministry. GMI is a growing, missionary-sending agency with missionaries located in ten different countries. With our current Office Assistant moving away, we are looking for organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and missions-minded candidates with excellent communication and people skills, familiarity with Windows-based computers, and a passion to serve our worldwide missionary team from the Home Office located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Part of this new team member’s duties, among other things, would be assisting our Business Manager in preparing deposits/receipts and financial reports; maintaining our database and communicating with donors; and facilitating the distribution of thousands of letters per year detailing our missionaries’ efforts and needs in their respective fields.

The person accepted for this position would start by late August and receive a month and a half of on-the-job training. The position would require approximately 28 hours per week.
