The applicant agrees to work in partnership with GMI missionaries, be an active member of the missionary Field Council, and under the leadership of the Continental Council, where a Continental Council is in place, and the GMI appointed Field Director. The applicant understands that Grace Ministries International (GMI) does not guarantee a salary or health insurance to GMI Partners. Furthermore, the applicant understands that this partnership may be terminated by either the GMI Partner or GMI at any time for any reason. Upon termination, neither the GMI Partner nor GMI will be required to provide any form of compensation or payment to the other as a result of this partnership unless otherwise agreed to by the GMI Partner and GMI in writing. The Associate Missionary applicant also understands that meeting tax obligations and government requirements of the Associate Missionary’s home country and the assigned country of service are the sole responsibility of the Associate Missionary.
