Congratulations to John and Naomi Caprari on the birth of Esther Neema who weighed in at 6 lbs. 6 oz. and was 19.5 inches long and Eva Nia who weighed 6 lbs 1 oz and was 19.7 inches long. Mom and babies are doing well. Grandma (Kathy Kemper) was thankful to be there to watch big sister Jael and to meet her new granddaughters.

John and Naomi explained on Facebook that Neema (Nay-ma) means “grace” in Swahili.

Eva (eh-vah) which is Latin for Eve and also a modern way of saying Eve in Swahili and Nia (nee-ah) mean “purpose” in Swahili.

We are all thankful that things went well, mom carried the babies to term, and the babies are healthy!
